The back end of your website refers to the web design and administration side of your site.  Your customers will not see this at all and you will have a specific URL to get there yourself.  With WordPress it looks like this yourdomain.com/wp-admin.  You will have to have to know the email address and the password to get in.  This is where all of the content, images, title tags, meta data and descriptive tags are used.  This is the most important aspect of SEO today.  Content is King!  The more content and pages that you have the higher you will be able to rank on the search engines.  That’s why Facebook for instance ranks so well.  Their site is huge because everyone has at least one page and many have way more than one.  Title tags and meta tags are very important and are probably the most important aspect of your pages content with H1’s and keywords following up.  Title and meta tags are so important because this is where you convince people to click onto your site.  They must be well thought out and have great click through rates.  These click thru rates are supposedly more important in 2017 then they have ever been before.
